Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

At Land of Bowling, we understand that plans can change and want to ensure our customers have the flexibility to make those changes. This refund policy applies to all products and services purchased directly from Land of Bowling.

Refund Eligibility

Products and services purchased directly from Land of Bowling are eligible for a refund if the request meets the criteria outlined in this policy. To qualify for a refund, customers must submit a refund request to Land of Bowling within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be made in writing and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Refund Exceptions

If a product or service purchased directly from Land of Bowling is found to be faulty or damaged, Land of Bowling may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion. Refund requests due to product or service malfunction must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

If a customer wishes to cancel a reservation after 48 hours, Land of Bowling may issue a full or partial refund. If a refund is approved, it will be published in the form of a store credit, valid for one year from the date of the refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
